300–400 Mesh Copper TEM Grids with Carbon Support Film

Product Description
Standard carbon support film is one of the most commonly used
support films for transmission electron microscopy. Different
specifications of TEM grids can be used as the supporting carrier.
From bottom to top, the structure consists of the TEM grid,
Formvar film and carbon film. A carbon layer is deposited over
an organic Formvar film.
The carbon layer provides good electrical and thermal conductivity,
helping reduce the charging and thermal effects associated with
uncoated Formvar film and improving the overall stability of the
support film.
This support film is suitable for general morphology observation
of most nanomaterials, especially dispersible powder samples.
Due to the structure of the support film, the overall film is
relatively thick and is generally less suitable for high-quality
high-resolution imaging.
