PTFE Cleaning Basket for Conductive Glass
Product Description
The PTFE cleaning basket provides excellent acid, alkali and corrosion
resistance. It maintains stable chemical properties in strong acid and
strong alkali solutions such as aqua regia and piranha solution.
It is suitable for use with 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL and 1000 mL beakers,
and can be matched with corresponding PTFE baskets.
Customization
Custom PTFE cleaning racks and baskets can be made for different sizes
of glass and substrate materials, including ITO glass, FTO glass,
AZO glass, round silicon wafers, ceramic substrates and quartz crystals.
Please provide the substrate dimensions, including length, width,
height or diameter, and a suitable cleaning rack or basket can be
designed accordingly.
Pricing is determined according to the required dimensions and order quantity.
Other PTFE products can also be redesigned according to specific requirements.
PTFE Material Properties
PTFE offers excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
Except for molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine
pentafluoride and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to a wide range
of chemical reagents and remains stable even when boiled in aqua regia.
