300–400 Mesh Copper TEM Grids with Standard Carbon Support Film

Product Description
Standard carbon support film is a common and widely used TEM support film.
It has a two-layer support structure and can be prepared on TEM grids
with different mesh specifications.
From bottom to top, the structure consists of the TEM grid,
Formvar film and carbon film. The carbon layer is deposited
over the organic Formvar film.
The carbon layer provides good electrical and thermal conductivity,
helping reduce the charging and thermal effects associated with
uncoated Formvar film and improving the overall stability of the
support film.
It is suitable for general morphology observation of most
nanomaterials, especially dispersible powder samples.
Due to the relatively thick overall support-film structure,
it is generally less suitable for high-quality high-resolution imaging.
