Product Description
Custom PTFE / PFA baskets are available for developing, etching,
resist stripping and related semiconductor processes.
The baskets are suitable for applications requiring resistance to
acids and alkalis. Different basket structures can be customized
according to the required process.

PTFE Material Properties
PTFE provides excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
Except for molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine
pentafluoride and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to a wide range
of chemical reagents and remains stable even when boiled in aqua regia.
