PTFE Etching & Developing Basket with Built-In Handle

Product Description

Custom PTFE / PFA developing baskets, etching baskets and
resist-stripping baskets are available for semiconductor processing.

The basket is made from PTFE with excellent acid and alkali resistance
and is designed for long-term use. A PTFE rotor can be installed at
the bottom of the basket to improve liquid circulation.

The basket structure can be customized according to customer
requirements and is suitable for developing, etching and related
semiconductor processes. The product image is for reference only.

PTFE Material Properties

PTFE provides excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
Except for molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine
pentafluoride and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to a wide range
of chemical reagents and remains stable even when boiled in aqua regia.

PTFE also provides good sealing performance, high lubricity,
non-stick properties, electrical insulation and aging resistance.
It is suitable for long-term use at temperatures from approximately
-180°C to +250°C.

Customization
