PTFE Cleaning Basket for Silicon Wafers & Substrates

Product Description

This PTFE cleaning basket provides excellent resistance to acids,
alkalis and chemical corrosion. It remains chemically stable in
strong acid and strong alkali solutions such as aqua regia and
piranha solution.

The basket is suitable for use in 100 mL, 250 mL and 500 mL beakers
and can be matched with corresponding PTFE cleaning baskets for
silicon wafers and other substrates.

PTFE Material Properties

PTFE offers excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
Except for molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine
pentafluoride and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to a wide range
of chemical reagents and remains stable even when boiled in aqua regia.

PTFE also provides good sealing performance, high lubricity,
non-stick properties, electrical insulation and aging resistance.
It is suitable for long-term use at temperatures from approximately
-180°C to +250°C.
