TEM Copper, Molybdenum, Nickel & Gold Grids with Ultrathin Carbon Film

Product Description
The ultrathin carbon support film has a three-layer structure,
with an additional ultrathin carbon layer deposited onto a
microgrid support film.
Unlike thin pure carbon films that use the grid openings as the
supporting framework, the ultrathin carbon layer covers the
microgrid holes and has a thickness of less than 5 nm.
This support film is mainly designed for observing nanomaterials
with good dispersion. By covering the micropores, the specimen
can be distributed more uniformly across the film, allowing a
large number of nanoparticles to be clearly observed.
The film can be used to evaluate specimen dispersion and is also
suitable for high-resolution imaging.
It is suitable for observing the morphology and high-resolution
images of one-dimensional nanomaterials such as nanowires and
nanotubes, and is particularly suitable for small, low-contrast
nanocrystals.
